Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from return, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

PARTIAL REFUNDS

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

GIFTS

If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later presentation, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return a product, mail it to: 5431 Highland Park Dr, St. Louis, MO 63110, USA. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
